A Call to Action

In the 2023 Housing Assessment, the Tulsa Housing Authority projected a shortage of 12,900 housing units in the next ten years. This shortage is made up in large part by low income citizens (<30% to 80% Annual Mean Income). 

The BYLD team of founders recognized the Tulsa area’s desperate need for affordable and efficient homes.  

In 2024, BYLD began manufacturing their first homes in Skiatook, Oklahoma with the goal of playing a part in solving the Tulsa-area’s housing crisis.
